Smile Body lift or Suspension lift

Im new at the whole "lifting your car" thing so i have a question. I know the difference between the two, but what do most people get on their jeeps? I was looking at getting a 2" RC Lift and i didnt realize that i had to choose between a suspension or a body lift. Which one do i choose?? TIA

Re: Body lift or Suspension lift

No such thing as a body lift on a Grand Cherokee. This is due to the fact that the frame and body are one so you cannot separate the two to add spacers in-between like you can with a separate frame like a Wrangler has for instance.
