Short version:
Install just like you would a stock suspension including alignment specs EXCEPT that you should use the longer rear spring, marked A, on the Right (not Left) side.

I thought the longer spring (A) was supposed to be on driver's side to compensate for typical driver only use.

Upps, that is correct, I'm sorry I should have been a bit drunk when I wrote that . The longer one goes on the left side, to compensate for the fuel tank weight as I recall.
