This is what I did - very happy with result. I however did not have the time or deisre to install myself, so for $400 more I had them installed and aligned.

Mongoose9400 is an unknown quantity at this point
The springs are an easy DIY if you have an idea of what your doing and have a good collection of basic hand tools. Impact guns work wonders if you have one. The rear can be swapped in 30 minutes. The front can take a couple hours depending which route you take and how easy the nuts/bolts are to loosen. Again, impact fun helps a lot.

Re: easiest and cheapest way to lower my 2010

I did my spring swap with a buddy who has a lift along with a full collection of impact guns and every other tool you could think of. The install took us about 5 hours, mainly because we spent close to an hour trying to get one bolt free. I promise you, if you do it yourself, you will find atleast one bolt that will be a nightmare. We ended up cutting it off and heating it up. Thankfully he also had a huge pile of case hardened bolts that would take its place.
