Matty Dipps. I have 1.5 Spidertrax spacers and 255/70/17's on stock wheels and the ride is excellent.

Re: Everyone with a rc lift...

Just wondering, how many of you have had problems with "clunking" when hitting dips and other things off road? I have the RC lift sitting in the garage, but I really don't want to have to deal with any noises. I had a clunking sound in my old WRX and boy was that annoying.

I do. Hate it even though it's not "that" bad but still it gets old fast.

Re: Everyone with a rc lift...

Theo nly time I had clunking was because my sway bar bushings were bad and the dealer didn't tighter the sway bar bolt.

Also my ball joints were bad as well

Re: Everyone with a rc lift...

Do you still need to install spacers in the front to level the front end, or does the lift compensate for that?

I have a clunk when I turn my wheel full lock while driving. I am 80% sure that it is from damaged bushings in the front sway bar links. To fix the problem i just ordered jeepin by al's adjustable discountect front sway bar links yesterday. I believe this will solve my clunking problem and prevent future clunks from reacurring. I have heard the UCA's tend to go as well due to the added stress of the 2" lift spacer on vehicles but I believe mine are still fine. I plan on replacing them as well in the future. I will let you guys know if these new sway bar links help fix my clunk or not after I install them.
