Fitting different wheels/tyres?

Just purchased a set of SRT alloy wheels/tyres 245/45x20 to replace stock 245/65x17.
The new wheels and tyres are a smaller rolling circumference, is it possible to change the speedo drive gear to remedy the difference as done on my XJ Cherokee?
Or what are the options?

Re: Fitting different wheels/tyres?

also some programmers, such as the hypertech that I have, would allow you to change speedometer settings!
