Flat Towing an 09 Overland

Hello, I'm new here so I don't know if I'm in the right thread. I also know that this question has probably been answered a 100 times on here but I couldn't find an answer.

I'm looking at buying an 09 Overland, 5.7, QD-ll, 56K miles. I want to flat tow it behind our motor home. Are there any limitations on doing this with this model. I checked the dingy towing guide and it says it's OK with the 4.7/NV245 but nothing about the 5.7.

She wants 30,500. I'm thinking 28,000. Is that about right?

Thanks, Mike, Issaquah, WA

(currently towing my 83 CJ-7)

Re: Flat Towing an 09 Overland

You should be ok flat towing the Overland, it has a neutral option in the transfer case for towing.

Depending on miles, I would say that price range is fair.
