I not talking about chalking the tires and rolling your Jeep down the driveway. Chalk them bitches and drive around for 10 minutes. Check chalk line and pressure and adjust as necessary. Repeat until proper inflation is achieved. My tires usually rise about 3-5psi after 10km of driving.

I'm sure there are other ways to do it, but this method works well for me.
