Help ESP Traction Control Bigger tires issue

I changed the rear on my 2005 jeep gc to 285/40R22 to get more rubber since i hated the little side walls I had. The front still got my old 265/35R/22. The esp traction control is not liking the difference in wheel size. I guess If i drive with the traction control button off then will that hurt the transmission or anything at all? What if i go to a 265/40R22 tire in the front will that clear the error of seeing the size difference? I just want alot more rubber on my 22 inch rims there are potholes and crap all over my town.

its a great way to blow your transfer case, put the same size on all of your wheels.

Re: Help ESP Traction Control Bigger tires issue

You need to make sure when running a staggered setup that all 4 tires have the same outer diameter.
