Is it under braking or not. I ask only to figure out if its hub/wheel bearing or if its a brake caliper thats sticking.

Yeah I see what your saying. It's not under braking. It seems to me like the computer is kicking in the traction control, rather than a mechanical issue since the light comes on. Maybe it's miscalculating the speed due to increased tire size?

Well if the wheel is locking up it be one of those two things. But it sounds like it either needs to be calibrated to the new tire size or you may have a wheel speed/ abs sensor on its way out. How much larger are your tires over stock?
