If you want to try solving the issue, try a real SUV suspension place.
Even the high school kids at 4 Wheel Parts would know better than your dealer seems to.
I personally wouldn't put Bilsteins on a Jeep over something like a Rancho, Edelbrock IAS, but something is wrong there with that shock.
Wonder if it is as simple as some bozo putting on the wrong model...
