Largest tire size RC kit

I was just wondering what the largest tire anyones fit with a rough country spacer lift. I'm asking because I'm about to buy a set of moab wheels and bf mud tires off a rubicon and was thinking if I should go BIGGER lol. I believe they are 255/75/17..

Re: Largest tire size RC kit

yes the bfgs on moabs are 255/75. they look fine with the RC kit. if you address the front pinch weld you can run a 285/75. but if you intend to offroad it, i would just run the 255/75.

Do you think even with 275/75/17s I'd have to do the pinch weld mod?

Re: Largest tire size RC kit

I guess, you didnt like my response to do a search. Lol. I wasn't kidding when i said this question has been asked and answered 100 times.

You will need to do the pich weld mod if you dont want any rubbing and you will also need wheel spacers, unless you cut the bolt.

Thanks for the info and you were right I actually did find it after some searching. I'm deciding to go with 1.5" spidertrax spacers and a buddys going to help me with the mod.

Sorry if you thought I was being rude. Buts its kind of a joke around here because of how often the question is asked.

Spidertrax are the way to go. Best spacer. There is a great to "how to" on the pinch weld mod. Its allot easier then it looks. Good Luck.
