Re: New SRT Reps Out of Round Problem?

that o-ring washer is only there to hold the rotor on during factory assembly. you can throw it away at any point, it is not necessary

Re: New SRT Reps Out of Round Problem?

Anyway of seeing this in a picture. I had the hubs checked to see if wheels are tight, One place thought I needed hub rings but the wheels are tight to the hub . If this is the case is all rep wheel owners removing this oring? Could a bad front strut cause my vibrating problem I do have cupping on the front tires?

Unhappy Re: New SRT Reps Out of Round Problem?

Been reading search for the answer, I was wanting to know if heavy weighted lug nuts with a gorilla lock nuts cause a vibration. I got a set of lug from OE wheels and I put gorilla lock nut on each tire. The OE wheel company lug nuts are heavy does anybody using there lug nut. The lug nuts I had on my other wheels are light.

Re: New SRT Reps Out of Round Problem?

if the tires are CUPPEd end of conversation until thats fixed.

it seems as if you have MORE PROBLEMS WITH THESE RIMS THAN ANY OTHER PERSON on this forum SHEESH. im sorry for you bro but it seems as if this tire thing needs attention. then take it from there. i THOUGHT you just had them done on some new hunter machine and all was good?

my Jeep rides perfect. I ride the toll road, limit is 75 everyone deos 80 ALL day long. no issue no wobble. i have mcgard lug nuts. they are made of steel.

All the places tell me the tires tread look good just cupped and get a alignment, I was reading cupping tires is from bad struts and stocks ? My jeep is lowered with wk eibachs on the oem shocks with 36k on them the jeep has been lowered for 15k. So will the alignment fix this or am needing new tires. The tires have 18k on them. I was looking at tire online cannot find any that have good reviews. What is a good quiet long tread rating tire to look for. For the rims they are not taking alot of weights so I think they are not a problem just that one I returned. I think it is the tires or suspension problems that is giving me the shaking and vibrating steering wheel problem at 60 up.

Re: New SRT Reps Out of Round Problem?

I do not think 420 come in 275/45/20. If you ordered some where from. I got the place that does the high speed on the car balance to do it to my jeep . The jeep not shaking in the steering wheel, I do hear road noise and feel most bumps on the road I guess that is the nature of low profile and heavy wheels The roads in Ga suck.
