non srt endlinks 1 in longer than stock??

So I was under the jeep and measured the front stock end links and they are an inch shorter than the bwoody stock length endlinks. Is this normal? Anybody that installed them on stock suspension have any problems on the install? Just emailed bwoody and I am waiting on a response from them. Any input appreciated. I have front/rear srt swaybars and 5100 struts and shocks.

being that your swaybar rotates up and down into position, the links will just put the bar at an angle different fromt stock. i remember when i dialed in my disconnects on my TJ that you needed the swaybar at a certain angle for it to even factor into handling and do its job. any higher or lower, it basically wasnt doing its job as well as it would at the stock position.

so no, you wont cause an premature wear on the links or anything on the suspension- i just think the fact the swaybar angles will be greater than stock, the benefits of stiffer links wont be as great as you think?

make sense?

Yes makes perfect sense. As long as its better than stock but seems not as good as I thought it would be. I wonder why they make them longer than stock. For 200 plus bucks I'll have to think again on this one. Thanks for the info.

Re: non srt endlinks 1 in longer than stock??

i think youre good though since you have the 5100s adjusted higher than stock.. the rears personally should be a tad longer than stock.
