I just installed the ome md lift with ome shocks/struts and all new isolators front,rear/ tops and bottoms and my rear is lower than my front.
What are my options for lifting the rear to get me level or a bump taller than the front? I have a set of 255 bfg mts that I haven't installed yet, not that that will make a difference.
You could switch to HD in the rear, buy a poly spacer kit for the rear and shave them down to the desired height, or, depending on what you do with your rig, you could put air lift bags in the rear to bump it up a bit. Pros and cons to all the options, and these aren't the only options.

You might need a longer or adjustable track bar if you use the whole spacer in the rear; it would set you at like 4½ inches of lift, which is a bit much for stock components.
when I installed the MD on my 4.7, I threw an extra set of isolators in the rear to level it out. 10k later shes still relatively level. I also run bilstein 4600s at all 4 corners.
