Powder coating or Paint? on wheels

I am thinking of painting or powdercoating my wheels which are chrome now. Which would be a better process? I want to do black. But would matte or glossy? Any Ideas and help would be great.

Powder coat and matte black. That'd be slick.

Re: Powder coating or Paint? on wheels

Usually @ cost, it is probably $75-100 a wheel; then companies charge double...

My wheels cost $800 to powdercoat black chrome.

But yeah, go with pc!

Mine are currently powdercoated, black semi-gloss. Paid $65 a wheel and am quite happy with them!
