Rear brake pad wear

Just wondering what the Jeep Garage community thinks. Mileage on GC is 55K and I have QD2. Front brake pads are at 7mm and the rears are at 4mm. It's the first vehicle that I've owned where the rear pads wear out before the front ones do. I have the Jeep serviced every 3-5K and I have the major services done when due. Nothing has ever been called out. I drive 400 to 600 miles a week of which about 3/4 of it is freeway. Thoughts? Normal?

Re: Rear brake pad wear

My rear wore out fast also. I had my rear pads and rotors replaced around 40k. Haven't touched my fronts yet.

Re: Rear brake pad wear

At 60k miles I'm still on the original rear pads. I replaced the fronts around 55k. Most of mine is around-town driving.
