Rear Rattle after Superlift

I had a superlift installed about 4 months ago on my 2010 wk and a rattle has developed in the rear. brought it back to the shop to diagnose and they said everything is tight and everything is ok.
i first thought it was the tire jack and removed it but it did not help. any one with a similar problem or ideas on how to fix it.

Re: Rear Rattle after Superlift

Just when you hit a bump? Light load, part throttle cruising? Full Throttle only? When braking or turning?

Just when I hit a bump at any speed. Sounds like interior trim rattling but I can't find anything. I'm beginning to think possibly the shop did not torque the rear down in the correct order

Re: Rear Rattle after Superlift

Hit a bump at any speed..hmmmmm.......And it did not happen before the lift, right? And it also was no present as soon as the lift went on, right? This developed a few months afterward, right? I would check the trac-bar bracket and the trac-bar itself first. Could be a loose bracket and or the trac-bar bushing is starting to go. Next I would check the rear sway bar links. Then the lower control arm bushings and brackets. Did they keep or re-install the factory coil spring isolators when they put the new rear springs in? If not that would cause noise also.

Re: Rear Rattle after Superlift

I forgot to add, and I know it sounds silly, but I had a rattle that I could not find for a couple moths. It turned out to be that under light to no load throttle and steady acceleration in top gear caused enough resonance from the exhaust system to lightly vibrate the heat shielding just past the rear passenger door near the bend to the spare tire. Once found a quick 10 minutes lightly flattening and bending that away from the exhaust took care of it. I have had no issues since. I know it is completely un-related to the rear Superlift install, just wanted to add that for thought.
