Check that all the screws are tigten acording specs and yes it need the alignmen.

Like you said, steering wheel vibration is typical a wheel balance issue. If you have not had an alignment after the lift install, go ahead and get one. It needs to be done anyway. If you still have the vibration, check and make sure you are not missing any wheel weights.

I put a 2" space lift on and new tires, it shook like a mother at 50mph. I got it aligned and that fixed it.

The word we use in our house is "wonky". The ride was a bit "wonky" after the lift, never had a chance to take it on the highway before the alignment, but now its A1.

I know I'm 2 years late, but where did you get your alignment. I'm on Long Island also. After reading through the forums, it seems a lot of places don't know about the LCA adjustment.
