Those are close, I like having mine adjusted to be accurate. but my change was more dramatic. Probably not a big deal to keep it as-is, but if you are looking for a way to justify a tuner you could use this as one more reason to get the tuner.

I use the superchips 3875 tuner for my 2007 4.7, there is an updated version, but that's what I have. I think that a there are other options if you have the Hemi so it will depend on your specific application. I got mine specifically for the change in tires size and am just starting to play with the performance tunes. Some people seem to like the performance mods and others don't think it's worth the cost. I haven't decided yet.

Get a Diablosport Intune with a CMR tune from Hemifever. Well worth the extra cost for CMR, as the canned Diablo tunes do very little.
