Unhappy slight vibration in front..

ok so, im still learning my WK... but ever since i bought it i have had this slight vibration in the front when i hit about 60mph ish... but it would go away when i get to bout 70.... so my thought was this.... either balancing of tires or alignment.. so the dealer i got it from paid to have someone rebalance the tires and realign it. still didnt fix it.. so then he had them look it over a bit more and found that the bushings on the swaybar needed replaced so they did that... and still is there... but now with it getting colder here ( im stationed in germany) its got slightly worse, not bad but im very picky on how my WK rides... so my question is if the shocks/struts bad, could that be causing it? cause i cant think of anything else and im pretty sure thats the last thing in the front that is left to do?
