Wink Snow Tires

Well, apparently its winter here in New England! Expecting 6-10 inches of snow tomorrow into Sunday. A lot of people are bitchin' about it but.....as a jeep owner.....Bring it on Winter! I have Bridgestone Blizzak 235/65/17 for the winter...........But unfortunately I didn't get them on it time lol. Donuts should be prime in the summer tires lol. Out of curiousity, what kind of snow tires does everybody use?

Re: Snow Tires

I can't afford snow tires right now, so I will stick with my Bridgestone deuler a/t revo 2's, they did pretty good last winter too.

Re: Snow Tires

While this will be my first Winter with my Jeep (And our Winters are NOTHING compared to yours), I'll be running Firestone Destination A/Ts rear round

Re: Snow Tires

Yanked off my BF Goodrich A/T ko's and shod my WJ with a set of Blizzacks DM-V1 from the Tirerack, 245/70-16 and had a little ice/snow up Logan Canyon and they increase your coefficient of trust greatly. Damn good reviews from everyone too,not just me.

Re: Snow Tires

Blizzak dm-z3 in stock size. Although the wife drove the yoko ats all last winter. She only high centered on one fresh plow pile that was left in the alley behind her store. The blizzaks were nice in denver with all the icy streets and constant stop and go traffic. Here in the mountians most people know how to drive in winter.
