Most definitely get 4 new isolators for the rears. I put on Bilsteins, then about 3k later replaced the rear isolators at 70k, and it make a big difference in smoothness, handling and ride quality. One upper one was pretty much shot, and most of my driving is highway. Get the newest revision OEM ones at the Jeep dealer, which are on their 4th revision since 2005, and actually very inexpensive.
