Re: The complete (05-10) WK Grand Cherokee suspension thread

I have a 2007 GC Limited. I just bought a set of SRT8 take-off springs. Do I need to modify the front or rear bump stops when installing the SRT8 springs & HD Bilsteins? If so, how much do I shorten them? Sorry for repeating my question, but haven't gotten a response in two weeks and saw this thread was active again.

Re: The complete (05-10) WK Grand Cherokee suspension thread

Can anyone steer me in the direction of pics of WKs on WK Bilsteins and various drop springs?

Need the WK Bilsteins for towing duty, affraid the valving of the SRTs will flatten out too much under load, but want to get a decent drop. Will be adding air helper spring inserts to handle tow load, so just need to figure out which springs will get me where I want to be.

Re: The complete (05-10) WK Grand Cherokee suspension thread

I just finished installing my Eibach SRT8 springs with WK bilsteins and srt8 rep wheels and I think the drop is perfect for DD around Chicago. It was a nice drop, but still not slammed on the ground so I don't have to worry about all the lovely pot holes around here. If I could figure out how to post pics I would put some up.

I'd love to see pics as that's one setup I'm considering. Either the SRT Eibachs, WK Eibachs, or H&Rs, all with WK Bilsteins for cost and softer ride as it's the lady's daily.

For pics, I think it'd be easiest to host them on a image hosting service like Photobucket, copy the IMG link/code, come back to JG, click the little mountain icon when you're creating a post, and paste in the link.

The seem to have disappeared from ShockWarehouse.com. I bought from AllShocks.com, I believe $335 shipped. Should be here Monday. Not getting anything installed this weekend. Also not sure if I'll have time next.
