Cheap 31 33s are i guess Falken rocky mt ats.. don't know how they are or what they are rated for but discount tire shows them at 150 per for LT 285 70.

Re: The complete (05-10) WK Grand Cherokee suspension thread

I recently purchased an 05' WK as my DD/Family Vehicle. I have an opportunity to buy a set of Stock OEM 08' SRT Springs & Bilsteins but I want to make 100% sure I am not wasting my money on something that would be useless to me. I am sure this answer has been covered at some point in this thread and I apologize if this is a repost but 75 pages is a ton of reading to get a simple answer to my question without having to sort through the chat.

I appreciate any help and advice given on this.

Read the first WIKI from Scott and it explains the SRT conversion. I just put HD Bilsteins on stock springs with new isolators. If you want to know anything about that Let me know. Chooch

Chooch, what size tires did u end up going with? Looking to put SRT reps on and possibly 265/50/20 tires. Need to redo shocks and struts prior to and see that your set up is similar to what I wanted to do.

Re: The complete (05-10) WK Grand Cherokee suspension thread

I used 255/50/20.

We used 20x9 -35 reps and I thought the 265/50/20 stuck out to far and you need to trim the upper control arm bushing for safe clearance.

We put 4100 Bilsteins and new spring isolators front and back so it raised the Jeep approx. 3/4" front, 1-1/2" rear.

The pictures below show 265 first and 255 second. Third is 255.

Re: The complete (05-10) WK Grand Cherokee suspension thread

I don't have immediate pictures, but there should be some in this thread somewhere of mine. About 8-9 months ago, I added Eibach SRT8 Pro-Kit Springs, Bilstein 4100s, SRT8 Rep 20x9, and 275/45/20 tires. While I feel the 4100s are slightly over-pressurized for the springs, they don't ride all that bad and only show their over-pressurized manner on bad dips/real rough roads. If I run across some SRT8 takeoffs, or some manufacture comes up with a better shock setup, I may swap later, but for right now, I'm content. Though, I have to admit that the 4100s aren't allowing the Eibach SRT8 springs to achieve their full drop.

4100s add around 3/8s of lift. That's why your not getting full drop.

Yep, I knew that going into it, just figured I'd mention it for information to anyone thinking about going the same route.
