Put my lift on about 2 months ago looks pretty nice but I still have alot more planned and I'm waiting on bigger A/T tires

Hey guys. New to the forum. Ive been reading it for a while now and decided to lift my 09' WK. I'm loving it!!
Nice. What lift did you go with?

I'm just waiting on my stock shocks/struts to go (dont know when that will be. Im at 58K) so I can have an excuse to upgrade my daystar to either an HD OME or a modified HD OME.

I spoke with Jeff at bwoody. He told me 2" extended swaybar links in the front and rear. Any thoughts on this? Is this correct? After doing extensive research on every forum I could find I still don't have an answer. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

personally having ran extended links front and rear from bwoody... is get their stock length for the front and maybe their extended links in the rear. their links are alittle longer than advertised, so your links for 2" would be better suited for a 3"+ lift.

Rbailey, this is a Superlift with additional spacers, 315/70/17 Duratracs, SRT8 sways, BWoody 6" end links, Rusty's adjustable rear LCAs, RRO front UCAs, bilstein struts, and a handful or two of other goodies.

Looking good! It has such a mean stance! I should have saved the money and did a super lift. I like how the rear doesn't sag like mine does with the 2" RC lift.

Next on my list is JBA UCA, new sway bar bushings and Bwoody links front and rear. Just can't figure out what links to get. Jeff from BWoody said 2" extended front and rear but I'm reading mixed reviews on the forums. So I'm pretty confused

I'm happy with mine. If you get the 2" extended links it will be easier to disco them because they won't have your sways in a bind. They will stiffen up the handling just a touch as well, which I like. Best part is they have grease fittings for all the bushings.

Thanks for the info. I saw someone said 2" extended links on a 2" lift will hit your steering knuckle. But others said exactly what you said.

I think I'm going to do 2" in the front and rear. I just hope it doesn't have a negative effect on my ride.

I decided to get 1" extended for the front and 1 1/2" extended in the rear. Bwoody black with grease fittings. Should be arriving around Wednesday.

Also ordered moog swaybar bushings 1.29".

Next on the list is JBA UCA for 2" lift. Might have to wait a couple weeks for this one due to it being $449.

hey all, if its any use I called Bwoody before ordering the links, and they (I think the lead mechanic there was called Jeff or similar) advised me to keep stock length links for a 2" RC lift. Extended links are only needed for 3" links and above (and the extension of links is not equal to the increase of suspension lift, e.g. a 3 inch lift does not warrant sway links which are 3 inches longer).

The sway bar is not far off where it was in stock location with no lift, if anything you would probably need to increase the length of the links by fractions of an inch to compensate for the lift (which is immaterial on a 2" RC lift), the geometry is not linear from the suspension lift to the sway link position on the sway bar connection if that makes sense :)
