Tire Credits how do they work

I estimate my current Michelin Tour HP tires are going to be burnt up at 30k miles, they have a 55k mileage warranty. I love the current tires just didn't last as long as I hoped .So how does that work do I have to go back to where I bought them or can I just go to any place and request a tire credit from Michelin when I get new ones? would I get a 46% credit of what I paid for them or how does the money work. if they were 300 bucks per tire do I get a $138 dollar credit per tire? or is it 46% off of what the new tires cost? somehow I cant imagine them giving me that much of a credit.

Re: Tire Credits how do they work

You should have received a tire warranty which will explain in detail how it works. If not, you can get it from the manufacturers website.

That way if there is a disagreement you have the facts. You don't have to stand there and say, "but a guy on the internet said ..."
