Unhappy Tj steering question

I purchased what was supposed to be a heavy duty tie rod and drag link for a 2006 tj off of craigslist. I am thinking that it is a crossover kit. However, all the pics I see show a tie rod that is straight. This one has a slight bend in each end about 6 inches or so from the end. How can I find out if this will fit my 03 tj and if its for a jeep at all. Was told it was a rough county.
