Options for Jeep
What options are there for the Jeep other than the standard Good Year Wrangler 245/60/R18's. Would it be possible to go to 265's without modifications?
Good Years still ok on 25,000 but not for much longer(maybe another 15,000), so I have to start looking/save for something else.

On a WK, once you get to (or go above3) 30.5" diameter, depending on the width, you' will have to start modifying stuff... for example, a 265/65r17 is 30.6" x 10.4", and you have to cut about 1/4" - 5/8" off the top UCA-to-spindle bolt (but no pinch weld cutting/modding... if you go taller, you will have to go narrower (due to the bolt) and do some pinch weld modding...

The 30.5" x 10.4" equivalent in an 18, is about 265/60r18, which is just a hair (.1") shorter than the above mentioned 265/65r17.

(and cutting the bolt is super easy... with an air-powered cut-off tool, it takes about five to ten minutes per side, including removing and re-mounting the wheel.)

Should note that I have the Bilstein 5100's install (fronts at lowest setting), which gave me a bit more wheel gap all the way around, from stock...

Another way is to change the wheels to the OEM Sahara 18" wheels. The offset on those will allow the wheel to stick out about 1/4". This will elimiate the bolt cutting. However, if you're keeping the stock ride height, you will need to do the Pinch Weld Mod.
