Re: What do you guys think of this idea/set-up?

If you DO go w reps know they stick out quite a bit and you WILL scratch the shi!t outta them if/when you go off roading.

Also if you plan on lifting you may wanna just go with the Super Lift. I went w the 2" RC but I want the SL! Just my 2 cents

Merry xmas!

Re: What do you guys think of this idea/set-up?

It wouldnt be stupid... it would be really expensive...

my buddy put about a 10" air bag lift on his Dodge 2500 and has 40" tires on 24" rims... looks pretty f'n crazy... the air bags can lift or lower the truck 6"

These look like 20s on a 4" lift.

Re: What do you guys think of this idea/set-up?

You can go for looks or for function. 20 inch wheels and low profile tires offroad will ride very rough compared to 17's, and AT tires for 20's are also very expensive, if you can even find them in the proper size. M & S tires will load up with gravel and mud quickly and can puncture / sidewall damage easily, as well as damage to the rims. Sidewall punctures also cannot be repaired.

Re: What do you guys think of this idea/set-up?

Looks like to much rim and not enough rubber for an offroader IMO. But to each his own! Good luck!

I'm going to agree with the masses
and say that it would look great paired with a 4" (or bigger) lift. I think a 2" wouldn't look right, plus you'd almost have to run low profile tires to maintain clearance when they are stuffed.
No matter which lift you choose, I would make a chart. First, find the most common tire size for each lift and find their respective OD (outer diameter). Next, research tires in 20" size to see what has the same (or closest) OD.
Next, research the back spacing to find out the spacer situation. Opinions from us forum guys are great, but I would trust my own numbers when dropping a couple grand on wheels/tires.
Good luck!
