What size Nitto Trail Mud Terrains?

Hello everyone, I have an 05 WK limited with OME lift. With spidertrax wheel spacers and 18" Plasti dipped black wheels w/ the Bridgestone duelers 255/70/18.

I need to replace the tires and want to get nitto trail mud grapplers but they don't have that size so was wondering if you guys know if the
LT275/70R18 E 125/122Q will work with my current setup?
