Which bilsteins?

On Quadratec's website the bilsteins listed for 05-10 WK's are listed as "for 0 lift" Jeep WK's. With a Rocky Road 2.25" lift will these listed bilsteins work or does someone know a different model number for front and rear bilsteins for a 2.25 lifted 07 WK?

Re: Which bilsteins?

as far as I know......there is only 1 aftermarket bilstein shock and it will lift you a slight 3/8" Im pretty sure there are members here with that lift and bilsteins

Re: Which bilsteins?

I'm interested as well. The wording makes it sound like they won't work if your Jeep is lifted, but it could be referring to the fact that the shocks wont lift you any extra

Re: Which bilsteins?

Yeah, 3/8" isn't much for a 2" lift if you are wanting the extra wheel travel. I had some Bilsteins and they were more like 1/4" longer than stock. Got rid of them and have a set of OME N190's on the way. You can get by with stock length shocks or the Bilsteins, but you will have little downward travel if you ever take it off pavement. I looked everywhere for a Bilstein that was 2" longer, but no luck

I have an 05 with the RRO 2.25 lift and Bilsteins all around. I originally installed the RRO rear shocks and felt the ride was very rough. On the recommendation of members from this and other forums I went with the Bilsteins and will never look back. As far as driving performance go, they are the best mod I have done to date.

Edit: these are the ones I have....
