Who has changed their spare size???

I have a completely stock 08 Overland... I'm getting ready to put on 265/65R18 BFG Rugged Terrains. Based on my research, I think that is the largest tire I can put on without rubbing, but we'll see. Maybe 265/60 would be safer.

Anyway, my question also pertains to the spare tire... will only an OEM sized tire fit under there? or would a 265/65 or 265/60 fit under there?

I have 255/75/17 bfg mud terrains on a stock 2005, and I don't rub because I did the pinch weld mod. I also have that same size in the space location with space leftover.

That's great news... maybe not for my wallet, but great news otherwise haha. I figured a slightly oversized tire would fit in the spare location but i had to double check.

Yup the tires are pretty tight in there otherwise but I'm planning on lifting in a month or 2.
