WK Brake replacement, Upgrade suggestions?

Ive been noticing a pulsating while braking in my newer-to-me WK and think it might be getting close to time for brakes. Ive never had old pads pulse on me before so Im thinking its probably rotors. Would upgrading the components at all be suggested or is OEM plenty good for just about anything? Vehicle is about 90% on-road right now, will be going through fields and back roads with hunting dogs in the future, no racing or anything. Im thinking that if Im going to be in there replacing stuff, might as well improve whats there. If upgrades are suggested, what do you guys recommend for upgrades dealing with the brakes?

Re: WK Brake replacement, Upgrade suggestions?

Dealers will overcharge you for everything, and parts quality is justaverage. so don't buy from them. Tirerack.com has a great selection of high quality brakes at low prices for the WK and they ship right away. Definitely replace the rotors and pads, and if you can't do it, tireack has recommended installers on their site that will.
