WK lift kit?

Here goes another WK lift thread.

I'm working on piecing together a new lift kit for my Jeep GC WK and these are some components I found and are considering using any feed back would be nice.
Rusty's 2" front coils or OME 2" front coils.
Bilstien 5100 front struts
(Quick question if the struts are maxed at the 2" mark by adding the 2" coils would I be at or around 4" of front end lift?)
4" JBA rear coils (if the front would be at 4")
Or
2" OME HD rear coils with a trimmed spacer to even it with the front.
4" bilstien off road rear shock

I would be adding front sway bar disconnects, rear 4" sway bar links and the appropriate 4" bump stops

That's my plan, if everything would work together.
If anyone has first hand experience with the Rusty's coils and bilstien combo, how well to they hold up against the OME coils?

Re: WK lift kit?

I think you first need to figure out exactly how high you want to go. Four inches is the max without superlift, and the OME HD setup with the adjustable bilstiens ends up at about three. Best ride is full OME MD with their shocks and struts, at two and change inches.

Re: WK lift kit?

Springs being engineered to work as a set I would worry about mixing manufacturers front to rear. Lift isn't all that they've designed into them.

Re: WK lift kit?

Coils don't just determine the ride height of your vehicle, they actually serve a pretty legitimate purpose, especially if you're anything more than a daily driver! I would not recommend mixing manufactures, because everyones patented therefore everyone is slightly different. I went with a 2.25in leveling kit, bilstein 5100's and JBA UCA's and running 255/75/17 BFG MT's, Im not sure what your intentions are, or how hard your rig is driven... but for looks, id go with a budget boost... and if you plan on doing some trails or off road, get your self some nice struts, UCAs and some aggressive tread... you'll look just as aggressive as the super lift, ride the same trails, and save a hell of a lot of money
