WK Lift Kits

Theres lots on online debate on lift kits for WK's. From what I've read, the key issue is the ESP. And that it's at the slow speeds that the ESP or even hardware may break.
Whats been your experience & how do you get around this to have a successful/reliably tough lift kit for a WK-09?

Re: WK Lift Kits

What size are you looking at? The Rough Country 2" spacers give the WK's a nice look without sacraficing too much MPG or ESP issues.

Re: WK Lift Kits

Originally I was hoping for the Rusty's 4.5"
Just prior to going with it I found other sites online saying the ESP won't last "despite upgrades", yet plenty of people here seem to have gotten around it well. Want to know how & if they've since had problems on-road vs. off-road.

Unless something has changed I don't think Rusty's is even making a 4.5 inch lift anymore. The Rusty's lift was a Superlift with some different/additional parts. Since SL discontinued the WK lift Rusty's no longer sells theirs. I could be wrong but that was my understanding a month or so ago.
