05 MyGig retrofit battery drain issue

We retrofitted our 05 Limited WK with a RHR Mygig. We have had some issues but ones that CoastelETech said would be fixed by an upcoming software update.

My issue is that we just added the back up camera and now that battery drains as it sits there so that it is dead when we come back to it later.

Anyone had this issue and how did you fix it?
