07 Laredo aftermarket radio

Im in the process of buying a "double din" touch screen radio. I was told I need to buy a piece from the dealer to install it because I have the factory radio. Can someone help me with what I need to get this installed. Links would be a plus. Thanks guys. Don't spend to much money today ;D

Re: 07 Laredo aftermarket radio

You'll have to be way more specific to get any help.

What sort of radio do you currently have?

What sort of radio are you planning on putting in?

Any features you want to keep (e.g., steering wheel controls)?

At a minimum, you'll need the nav bezel if you currently have a single DIN radio, you'll then need the adapter to fit a true double-din radio (since the factory nav radio isn't exactly double din). You'll also need a wiring harness to interface with the Canbus system and an antenna adapter. If you want to keep steering wheel controls, that requires another adapter.

Check out crutchfield. They have a great tool to tell you exactly what you need to make a radio work with your set up.

You could also try searching the forum, as this question has been asked many times before.
