2005 GC Stereo Question

Hey all, have a 05 GC with the factory head unit in it. It has the factory 6 disk changer no touch screen or anything just the plane jane head unit. I am wondering is there anyway to hook up a ipod or anything else via headphone jack or some kind of adapter??? Or will i have to install an aftermarket head unit to get these functions. The only reason im not wanting to install an aftermarket HU is because of the factory Bluetooth and steering wheel integration it has. Any thought would be appreciated Thanks!!

Re: 2005 GC Stereo Question

If you see the aux jack in the bottom left of the standard stereo you can hook it up an iPod there through the head phone jack on your iPod or mp3. In 05 I don't think they came with the aux jack but if you can find an 06 or 07 standard radio off ebay or something they definitely came with it and it will work fine in an 05 I gave my friend my old radio from my 06 for his 05 so he could hook his iPod up and it worked

Yes you can get a REF radio with an AUX jack. However I don't think there is an OEM radio with an aux jack AND 6 disc changer. It's either one or the other.
