730N RHR Voice prompts not working correctly

Ok, my wife and I just moved to Europe and we took our 2012 Grand Cherokee
Overland with us. So, we can find where we are going we updated the radio and the navigation system for Europe. Before this the turn by turn voice commands worked just fine when we had the car in the US, not so much anymore.

The crux of the matter has something to do with the power supply to the unit. If I turn on the ignition to the car, but don't start it, while the radio is on and then pull the fuse to interrupt the power supply to the unit, put it back after about 2 min and then get in the car and start it up, the turn by turn voice navigation works like a peach. However, once I turn the car off, the next time I start it up again, no turn by turn voice prompts, just a silent bleep is to be heard in place of the voice.

Does anyone have any information in regard to this, as I am tired of diving under the hood each time we need some directions? I would highly appreciate any help. The dealer here is stumped. Thanks!

ok i know my englisch are not the best but i think i have write rigth, in your other thread about the chr550 issue.

i have ask you is you have european conversion unit with european maps, you have say no!

but you have a conversion software install , 1.895 and your map database are european maps, also your gracenotes !

you must install the 2.120 then the prompts work it...........but anyway your lockpick 550 dont work with this unit!

Thanks a bunch for your feedback! I think you are mixing the two threads as the other one about chr550 issue was not mine. However, it sounds like I need to have installed software version 2.120 for it to work. Any idea where I can get a hold of this or does the dealer have to install the upgrade version?
