Help needed. Stuck wiring up pac Rp4-Ch11

I'm wiring up now and I think I confused myself. Says for amplified system. Connect the front outputs of the aftermarket radio to the rear inputs of the vehicle connector. This will allow navigation and bluetooth to be heard. The rear speaker outputs of the aftermarket radio are not used. Fading is not supported in this application.
So I'm connecting left front - of pioneer harness to left rear - of pac harness and left front + to left rear + and same for right side. So now I have the fronts from the pac harness and the rear from the pioneer harness not connected?

Illumination from radio not used?
Antenna not used
Blue/white wire from pac harness amp turn on connect to blue/white on pioneer harness? No right? Remote wire from pioneer harness goes to an amp for sub, correct?
I installed aftermarket radio in my WJ, that had factory amp also, and I don't remember not having to hook up all these speaker wires.
Thank you
Jason.

I have an 07. Currently with rec and ba system.
Also going to be keeping my factory back up camera. Camera return on the factory harness is the reverse signal?

Re: Help needed. Stuck wiring up pac Rp4-Ch11

I found this thread on a 300 forum.
http://www.lxforums.com/board/showth...-Z140BH-Wiring
I'm following what dr teeth is doing. So if all this is right. I'm all wired up. With the exception of the back up camera question.
I'm following this thread
How to: Connect Factory Back up Camera to Aftermarket Head Unit
But I shouldn't need to run any additional wires since the pac harness has the wire in it right?

Re: Help needed. Stuck wiring up pac Rp4-Ch11

All above is handled. Now I am stuck on the back up signal. I thought the 3rd wire on the harness for the camera on the factory radio woulda been signal but I'm wrong. Is there any place to get the signal besides running wire to the reverse light?

Pac gave me this link
http://connectors.dcctools.com/
I was looking. Can I use the wires to park assist button to get signal?
There's park assist on/off and park assist indicator signal.
It's safe to assume that the park assist receives a back up signal, correct since it kicks on when put in reverse.

Re: Help needed. Stuck wiring up pac Rp4-Ch11

After installed, not all of my steering wheel controls work properly. Well 2, the preset button on the left center, its hit or miss. And the source button middle right, hit or miss as well, but works more often then the preset button. I spoke with Pac and they had me restart the interface as well as some other troubleshooting steps and determined the interface might be faulty. I spoke to the company I ordered it from and they sent me another one. I took a few minutes during my lunch break earlier at work to swap modules to try and correct SWC problem. Replacement module slightly better, preset button works more consistently, but now source button intermittently working. (previously reversed). I think I am going to get the scosche version S3-1, and try that one out. The seller I bought the Pacs from agreed to refund me for both if 2nd doesn't work 100%.
I spoke with Pac again via email and they said this is weird, and told me to give them a call during the week and they will troubleshoot with me again
