Issues installing double din radio

I have a 05 WK and I cant seem for the life of me figure out how to mount the damn thing! I have the radio wired up right but when I try to put the bezel over it, it just doesn't want to fit even though the radio fits perfectly in the opening. I've even trimmed the top and bottom of the mounting bracket itself with no luck. From what I gathered I bought the right bezel and mount...only other thing I can think of is to trim the bezel but with it costing so much I need to know for certain thats what I need to do.

Ill be happy to supply pics if that helps solve the issue. Below are the bezel and mount kit I purchased.

Re: Issues installing double din radio

Yeah I got it for the most part. Had to cut away the plastic from the bottom where the clip there snaps in. Other than that just had to tilt it at an angle to get it flush. The AC clips weren't actually that bad, just had to apply glue to the new bezel so they wouldn't slide off.

Re: Issues installing double din radio

I had the factory radio in my 2007 Jeep srt8 no Nav. after researching theres a "conversion kit" on metra's website specifically for our jeeps 50 bux canadian. thats all i needed using the factory bezel with a little to no cutting depending on the size of the unit.
