MP3 plug in

What cable do i need to plug ia mp3 player to the rear factory DVD entertainment console off my 05 GC Ltd ?

Can i then play the mp3 player through the speakers or just the headphones?

3.5 mm jack on one end, red and white rca on the other. Can get at walmart for $5. Plug in mp3 player, turn volume up, press play.

There is a delay before each song before it starts playing through your speakers due to not sending a constant power source from your mp3 to the VES. It can get annoying, but its the price you pay for saving $$ like me and not buying the 100 dollar ipod adapter.
