Question REC Clock Set

Just purchased my 2005 GC Ltd. 3 months ago. According to a couple of articles I've read, the clock should reset itself with the change in time, but it has not. Is there some magic I'm supposed to perform to get the clock to reset? Thanks The owner's manual is useless.

This was messing me up also. I thought it would be automatic but I guess we have to set it to "off" now?
