REC volume frozen after N23 flash

I just had the N23 recall service done this morning and as I drove away from the dealership and turned my radio back on, the volume is at one constant level. On 0 it mutes, on the rest of the 1 thru 38 scale it's at one level.

Is there a reboot I can perform on this unit? It's the stock unit that came in my '07 Limited. Never had a any issue with it until today right after this re-flash of the FDCM. Of course the dealer knows nothing, and calling the Chrysler Recall line, they have "never heard of this issue".

Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes? Anyone else run into this?

Re: REC volume frozen after N23 flash

Well the "fix" is apparently is to leave it parked all day. Works fine now.

Probably some weird CANBUS fluke after the flash. Glad you got it sorted. That is certainly the LEAST problematic issue after the N23 recall that I've heard of...
