U connect navigation upgrade - need help

Hello,

I have read some threads on the forum here, and Im quite new and little bit lost here.

I have Grand Cherokee 2013 and facing problems with my Radio.
my current details are:
Application : 2.325
Gracenotes: 4072
Database: OPH3 - M 1208 1.0.6
SDS: 264608

Is the above upgradable?
I called my dealer and he said no this is the latest version.

still I'm facing all kind of problems with the current Uconnect system.

Can you help.
Thank you

You'll probably have more luck in the WK2 sub-forum since 2013 was definitely a WK2 year.
