Did you order yours non-powder coated? Mine came powder coated textured black!

On another note, great write-up OP, It really isn't so difficult to install tow hooks/shackle mounts.

The shackle mounts are textured black but the actual hooks are steel and the thing screw is blue. I'll put up pics.

So I just tried to install....the plastic rivets in the wheel wells got me...How do you get them off? I tried using a flat head and just prying them off but it was really tough and i didn't want to break them.

those are a bitch... i just yanked them out, they broke and i havent replaced them... but they seem to not really be needed and can be replaced if needed for cheap

You dont need to take the bumper cover off to install or uninstall. I took my stock ones off w/o having to remove the bumper cover and installed the 4XGUARD brush guard system.

Not me maing. I had to install brackets in the old stock spots for my guard and did it w lil cramping. Had to lay on my back tho! I'm sure it would have been easier if I took it off but was too lazy lol

Yeah I just got a panel tool and ripped them out. Installed them today and it was so easy.
