2005 WK manual transfer case?

Wondering if there is a way to make my 2x4 a 4x4 with a manual transfer case like a 249 or something of the sort. I know that sounds crazy and I also know that there is going to be some "special" finances involved but it is paid for. I love this jeep and hope to do some trail riding. Just don't want to get out there on a trail and look like a fool. Also, I have the Chrysler 10 bolt. Is there any lockers for this rear-end or could I switch over to some like a Dana and build with a locker? Please help!
