Folks,

I need your advice. I have Grand Cherokee 2007 (Overland) and I want to activate the Hidden/ Secret Menu. Does anyone has an idea how to do it?

I tried to use Mode + C/T button combination, which displayed "Variance=8"... Any idea what does this mean?

I dunno about the hidden menu or anything like that but the variance=8 is the magnetic zone you're in based on your location. Look in the owners manual in the compass section and it should tell you what zone to set it to. Once you set it you have to drive in a complete circle so its good time to go do doughnuts!

Most cars have something like this. My STi, turn the key to position 1 click the button on the driver seatbelt 15 times then turn the car on and the no seatbelt alarm won't go on anymore.

Volvo when the Service Engine light came on, key position 2, hold down the odometer button, light will flash and then service light will go out.

those things have nothing to do with a secret menu lol they are how you clear codes. for the Wj i think you had to put it in reverse three times. those arent secrets.....

thanks for the info. it works great. but you need to sit on the loo while doing it
