Here is the how to from justforjeeps.com

The kit is $190 on their site but you can buy the parts cheaper seperately if you are diligent. The lamps can be purchased for $50(both) on ebay or about $24 each from online dealers.(dodge, jeep and other ChryCo vehicles use the same lamps) You also need the four t20 Torx screws that hold them to the bumper.(this is a dealer only screw) I use 9005 Silverstar ultras in my foglamps...but they call for 9145 bulbs. The headlight switch will be the hardest to locate. I found mine new on ebay for like $10. You can also try www.car-part.com If I remember correctly...they are only about $35 new.(easy to install as well) You will also need a 20 amp fuse and the foglamp relay.($13 from my local dealer)
The wiring for the lamps is on ALL WK 's. The harness is clipped to the front frame rail. Just unclip and plug in.
The fogs will have to be activated via scarscan after you get them installed. My local dealer charged me $0...yes FREE!
Good luck and if you have any questions...post here---
