rearview mirror placement??

I just bought a 2007 WK limited and it has had the windshield replaced before i bought it. However, when they replace the glass, they put the rearview mirror back on the windshield to low. Can anyone take a measurement for me from somewhere i can reference to put it back in the correct place? Also, they apparently forgot to put the rain sensor module back on when they replaced it as well, so, if anyone could help me out with the placement and mounting of that as well. I am also wondering if the missing rain sensor module could be why my auto headlights and intermittent wipers do not function. Thanks for all the help.

I have an 05 model, I will take some pics and measure for you soon, but it may be different as I'm in Australia.

From the roof lining to the centre of the mirror bracket is about 3 1/5 inches and from the same place on roof lining to centre of rain sensor is about 5 inches.
